Steps for patient
- Parents and patients over 2 are required to wear face covering.
- If possible, complete intake form prior to visit.
- Only one family member per patient will be allowed in
- Practice safe social distancing
- Consider tele medicine for certain sick visits
- If you think you have a medical emergency, please dial 911.
What to expect
- Temperature check may be conducted before entry
- Social distancing may be mandatory in waiting room
- Telemedicine services may be offered, when appropriate.
